Your Merchandise will be for sale 7 days a week from 10 AM - 5 PM, but you don’t have to be there!!!
how it works:
Floor Space
All floor space is $3.00 per square foot, per month (ex: 10 x 10 booth = $300 per month)
Dealers with floor space must work on site 1-4 days per month, determined by space size (Or pay $35.00 extra per assigned day not able to work)
Co-op Advertising
The Olde Engine Works spends several thousand dollars per month on Print Advertisements, TV Commercials, Radio Ads, and Online Marketing that benefits all our vendors. Advertising cost per vendor is:
$20.00 per month for up to 200 square feet of space
$0.10 per foot over 200 square feet of space
Glass Case Space
For sellers who don’t want an entire booth, the Olde Engine works offers Display Cases for sellers to rent, available in 2 ft, 3 ft, 4 ft, or 6 ft widths
2ft = $37.50 per month
3ft = $45.00 per month
4ft = $65.00 per month
6ft = $90.00 per month
Overall
All dealers are charged 10% commission on sales
All dealers are charged $5.00 per month for web access fee
All dealers are charged $8.00 per month energy surcharge
All rentals are month to month, 30 day notice required for termination
No extra charge for credit card transactions
You can track daily sales in real time via the space rental and point of sale software application used to run your business
Dealers are paid twice per month. The 1st check covers the 1st - 14th of the month, and the second check covers the 15th - the end of the month (which rent comes out of if you opt to have rent automatically withdrawn from sales monthly).
